Provided you are outside of Australia you should be able to watch all streams listed under your subscription. There may be a number of reasons why you aren't able to view the stream from here though - so let's break that down for you:

We try our best to accomodate all set ups but to give you the best viewing experience we do have to draw the line at some older operating systems, internet browsers and video cards. Check out our minimum system requirements here.
