When can I expect a response?
During live coverage: Our Watch AFL Customer Care team will endeavour to respond to your issue with 60 minutes. Our aim is to get you back in the game as soon as possible.
Outside of live coverage: We will aim to respond to your request within 1-2 days.
Note: The Watch AFL Customer Care team works to Australian hours. So, keep in mind that business hours overseas are different to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
