If you've purchased a global membership through your AFL club, check to see if you've received an activation email from your AFL club.

I have my activation email

If you've received your activation email, you will have received a unique voucher code which can be applied to your AFL Club Join page.

Click on your AFL Club link below which will take you to the AFL Club Join page. When you're on that page, you'll be able to apply the unique voucher code to continue the steps and join.

Note: The unique voucher code must be applied to the Club Specific Join Page. Unfortunately, you can't add your voucher to the Watch AFL homepage.

I haven't received my activation email

If you haven't received your activation email, please contact your AFL Club Membership services. We have provided a list of AFL Club Membership service emails below.

If the above steps have not worked in activating your AFL Club Membership, please contact the Watch AFL Customer Care team with any error messages you're seeing. Our Watch AFL Customer Care team will get you streaming as soon as possible.

Please note: If you are an existing subscriber and need to contact Support Staff, please include your full name, subscription type (weekly, monthly or annual) and the email address associated with your account so we can resolve your enquiry as quickly as possible.
