If you're receiving a 'Unknown Player Error' error message when trying to watch a downloaded match or show, please take the following steps:
- Log out of your account on the device you are using
- Delete your Watch AFL app
- Re-install the Watch AFL app
- Log back into your account
- Re-download your Match/Show
